Gabrielle: Good evening gentleman.
Silvio: Good evening.
Gabrielle: I’d like to talk with you about yourself. Could you present yourself to our listeners, please?
Silvio: Hello! My name is Sílvio. I’m 26 years old and I’m cook. I work at «The 3 Brothers», in White Rocks Street.
Gabrielle: And what do you do all day?
Silvio: I spend all day cooking meals.
Gabrielle: Do you have to wear some kind of uniform at work?
Silvio: I wear a white gown and cap.
Gabrielle: So, are those your identification marks?
Silvio: Some of them. I also use special gadgets and tools – pans, pots, knives and spoons…
Gabrielle: Do you have a safety code or a set of safety rules you must follow?
Silvio: I must handle carefully the knives and the stove not to get hurt nor cause food poisoning. For that I also need to have clean looks, specially my gown and hands, as well as clean tools and place of work.
Gabrielle: What are your professional prospects? How would you classify them?
Silvio: Not very good. I’m a Chef at the restaurant so I won’t go much higher in the scale; and my salary is not very good either.
Gabrielle: Thank you very much, Chef Sílvio. It was a pleasure to meet you.
Silvio: The pleasure was all mine.
Gabrielle: I hope we’ll meet again, someday. Maybe at «The 3 Brothers».
Silvio: I’ll be waiting for you and I’ll prepare you something special.
